HTP 34: Jefferson Speedway with Lugnut and Barney

Welcome to a full Saturday night of short-track racing at the Jefferson Speedway with Lugnut and Barney. Jefferson Speedway is "Wisconsin's Action Track". Enjoy the sounds of racing, a great driving stunt during intermission, trips to the concession stand, eating hot dogs and a walk-thru the pit area after the races.
This podcast is headphone recommended to enjoy all ambient sounds, flying bumpers, sliding cars and the sounds of excited racing fans (including Lugnut and Barney). Enjoy America's little gem of a speedway, the Jefferson Speedway. (3:05:31)

HTP 31: Sinissippi Ice Racing


It's a fun but cold day in Hustiford, Wisconsin as Lugnut and Barney check out Sinnissippi Ice Racing. We have lunch at Karen's Lone Pine Tap. Today is "Fun Day", so up first is the Mechanics Race. HTP 22: Racing, Rain and Pancakes

Oktoberfest weekend of racing at the LaCrosse Fairgrounds Speedway in West Salem, Wisconsin, a track where the parties are as famous as the racing. This episode is the last day of a 4 day event, 2nd of 2 episodes. Lugnut and Barney break camp and head to the racetrack. They checkout the famous Sunday morning pancake feed, and get in some great racing action. A track where many present day NASCAR drivers and crew members honed their skills. (16m39s)

HTP #21: Oktoberfest Weekend of Racing

Lugnut and Barney enjoy the Oktoberfest weekend at Wisconsin's LaCrosse Fairgrounds Speedway. "The Fest" is the years last major oval-track racing event in the Upper Midwest, featuring 19 classes during 4 days of high speed action. Besides racing, there are vendors, parties, kids events and a pancake feed. The boys of Hung Throttle report from the speedway, the campgrounds and their tent as they try to survive northern Wisconsin's cold nights.
